SilverSark® TRE

SilverSark® TRE is designed for use as a sarking in residential and commercial tile roofs. For Cathedral or Raked tile roofs, use Ametalin VapourTech® RWC Roof Wall Commercial for condensation and vapour management in ABCB Climate Zones 4 to 8. The product should not be used in residential walls in ABCB Climate Zones 4 to 8.

SilverSark® TRE is a flexible four-layer product made with a combination of anti-oxidant UV-stabilised woven polypropylene, 97% reflective aluminium foil and fire-resistant polymer adhesive, backed by a UV-stabilised polymer flood coat.

When specifying, state the following:
Product name: SilverSark® TRE - Tile Roof Extra

The insulation to be installed shall be SilverSark® TRE -
Tile Roof Extra, Extra Heavy Duty single-sided reflective laminate and shall be installed in accordance with AS 4200.2: 2017 Pliable Building Membranes and Underlays, Part 2: Installation.

Emittance Classification: IR Non-reflective, IR Reflective
Vapour Control Classification: Class 2 Vapour Barrier, 0.012 µg/N·s
Water Control Classification: Water Barrier
Duty: Extra Heavy in accordance with AS/NZS 4200.1:2017
